A State Certified Quality IEP (QIEP) Trainer, and a Train the Trainer qualified to provide Professional Development for Adult Learners and Instruction Staff with a focus on quality Individualized Education Plans for student with disabilities, gifted learners, and Section 504 Accommodation Plans.
